My therapist asked me to be more open, especially about my personal life. The baby step options she offered are routinely jogging or visiting cafes, then asking a stranger I found to talk with me, or being more open on social media, fishing for interaction from strangers.
Instead, I created a blog as a placeholder or a proxy so I could try to open myself, but to no one in particular. If you find this blog, congratulations, enjoy my daily life!
